A Marta Caras Lindas tem um projecto de vida maravilhoso. Chama-se Detox “Revolution”. Ela leva-nos alimentação saudável a casa. Fiz três dias de detox na minha estadia em Lisboa. Foram sumos naturais deliciosos. E sopas. Senti uma energia superior vinda destes produtos naturais. Na combinação e na forma como é executado está o segredo. Mais a fantástica ideia de tirar a pressão e a obrigação de ter que pensar no que comer, no que fazer para o almoço e jantar. A palavra chave é confiar nela e nos seus chefs.:)
Senti-me a fazer um spa interior. Foi uma autentica revolução para a minha energia e senti a limpeza do organismo a acontecer. Existe também opção de incluir sólidos. E de fazer mais dias. Experimentem e partilhem comigo como se sentem.

Marta Caras Lindas has a wonderful life project. It’s called Detox “Revolution”. She brings healthy food to our homes. I did a three-day detox during my stay in Lisbon. The natural juices were delicious. And soups. I felt a superior energy coming from these natural products. The secret lies in the combination and in the way it is executed. Plus, the fantastic idea of taking away the pressure and obligation of having to think about what to eat, what to make for lunch and dinner. The key word is to trust her and her chefs. :)
I felt like I was doing an inner spa. It was a real revolution for my energy and I felt the cleansing of the body happening. There is also the option to include solids. And to do more days. Try it and share with me how you feel.
